Bookings

An Enquiry  Form is bestowed over our website thailandtourpackages.net which is to be fullfilled by the traverse wondering to travel with us. The enquiry request will then be forwarded to the office and within two to three hours one of our agent will contact you. In your telephonic conversation with our agent you will get to know all the possible offers and informations regarding the travel services as well as tour package choosed by you. Our agent may also connect with you via your e-mail adress in case your phone is unreachable. Your booking with our company will only be confirmed after you pay the intial booking amount and get a ‘tour confirmation letter’ on you mail. 

Payments 

If you choose any tour package or service you have to pay  certain amount to confirm the payment and the rest of the amount will have to be paid according to the telephonic discussion with the agent. In case, the balance amount is not paid before the decided date then the company would mark the trip as ‘Cancelled’ and the booking amount will be charged as a fine. 

The traverse should deposit the amount charged by the tour in our SBI Account according to the guidance of our agent. The Bank details will be shared by our agent via telephonic conversation or e-mail. The traverse could also make their payments via credit cards to avail some special offers. 

If one chooses  NEFT/RTGS facilities to pay us then he or she has to forward the copy of the same to our agent on mail. The tour will only be confirmed after a successful payment into our bank account. Same goes with the Cheque as well as Cash payments. 

Our Liabilities as well as Limitations

In case of any hike over the entrance fees, petrol price and taxes implemented by the Government will be added as the extra charges to the fixed amount. 

All our itineraries are a virtual ride into any desired tour destination but it also depends on the weather conditions which may bring changes in the itineraries. Changes in itineraries could also be made according to the needs and comfort of our agents too. The rate of our bookings varies according to the choice of hotel as well as transport services choosen by the clients. 

We are not responsible for any reason of cancellation or delay in the tour made by the traverse itself. We are also not responsible for any loss or injury to person or property in case of any danger, accident or default. 

If one wish to make any kind of amendment or extension of the trip after confirmation or in the middle of the trip then the same is subjected to the availability. Although, the company’s agents will try their best to make your stay more pleasurable without any doubt.
