Cancellation Policy Thailand

If any of our clients wants to cancel the desired tour then he or she has to inform the same to our head office only via an official e-mail or fax. Any Telephonic cancellation is not accepted under our cancellation policy. The cancellation of any tour should be intimated before 15-30 days in case the traverse is late to notify the same then he or she has to pay for the consequences. We believe in rendering the clients a helpful environment in case of any cancellation need; mentioned bellow is our pointers under cancellation policy of the company:

Cancellation requested on the same day of trip will not be accepted. 

• There could be no cancellation in special tour packages such as group tour packages, industrial tour packages etc. 

• If the tour is asked to be cancelled before 120 days of the day of tour then 5 percent of the tour with additional charges of service cost will be deducted. 

• If the tour is asked to be cancelled before 60 days of the day of tour then 15 percent of the tour with additional charges of service cost will be deducted. 

• If the tour is asked to be cancelled before 30 days of the day of tour then 25 percent of the tour with additional charges of service cost will be deducted. 

• If the tour is asked to be cancelled before 15 days of the day of tour then 40 percent of the tour with additional charges of service cost will be deducted. 

• If the tour is asked to be cancelled before 10 days of the day of tour then 60 percent of the tour with additional charges of service cost will be deducted. 

• If the tour is asked to be cancelled before 6 days of the day of tour then 75 percent of the tour with additional charges of service cost will be deducted. 

• If the tour is asked to be cancelled before 72 hours of the day of tour then there will be no refund of money. 

The refund of any tour package under thailandtourpackages.net will be undertaken by electronic transfer or by card. It will take around 15-30 days to proceed the cancellation request and refund the money back to the account of the traverse. Any further amendment to the cancellation policy will be updated on this website in future.
